Terms of Service
English translation; the Turkish text prevails.
1. The parties, and accepting these terms
1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between ZADE TECH YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (MERSİS 0996149395300001; İzmir Trade Registry 275357; Atatürk Mah. 537 Sk. No: 4, Güzelbahçe / İZMİR, Türkiye; "Zade Tech", "we") and the person or business using the Handover service (the "Service") (the "Customer", "you").
1.2. When you open an account, you accept these Terms by continuing on the sign-in screen. We keep a record of which version of these Terms you accepted, and when, for as long as your account is open. If you open an account for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to them.
1.3. Your personal data is processed under the KVKK Personal Data Notice and the Privacy Policy.
1.4. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.
1.5. Handover is for businesses. We offer the Service and its paid plans only to businesses and professionals, for their trade or profession. We don't sell to consumers. When you buy a paid plan, you declare that you're buying for your business, for a commercial or professional purpose (section 9.2).
2. The Service
2.1. Handover is software that makes social media posts for businesses from their own photographs. Today it:
- reads the website you give it: colours, typefaces, business name, voice, audience, products, language, and the photographs on the site;
- imports those photographs, and the ones you upload, into your library;
- composes posts from a template, your brand's colours and typefaces, and your photographs;
- renders the post as real frames in a real browser (1080×1350 for a feed post, 1080×1920 for a reel);
- checks one settled frame per arrangement (the still, each carousel slide, each shot of a clip) for contrast, overflow, safe area and the presence of every required element, and, for a clip, checks the file itself;
- tries to detect claims in the post (price, superlative, comparative, numeric, health, certification) in Turkish and English;
- makes approval links that need no account, are signed, are limited to one client and last 14 days;
- binds an approval to the post's content: any change after approval voids it;
- writes every approval to an audit log that can't be changed;
- schedules posts.
2.2. Publishing to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Publishing runs through Meta's and TikTok's own platforms, under their rules and subject to their availability (section 6). Publishing is not part of the paid plans (section 9.8). You can also, with a plan, download the posts you approve and share them on your own accounts yourself. What works today is published on our status page. A feature that isn't listed there as live is not a promise of these Terms.
2.3. We keep developing the Service. If we remove a feature and that is a significant change against you, we tell you in advance under section 13.
3. Your account
3.1. You give accurate information and keep it up to date. You don't share your sign-in link, your code or your Google account's sign-in details.
3.2. You're responsible for what is done from your account, approvals above all. If you think someone has used it without permission, write to support@zadetech.com at once.
3.3. You may invite team members; what they do in the Service counts as done on your behalf.
4. Your content, and your claims
4.1. Your content is yours. The rights in the website content, photographs, logos and text you give us, and in the posts made from them ("Content"), belong to you or your licensors.
4.2. The permission you give us. So we can provide the Service, you give us a free, non-transferable permission, for the term of the Service and only for this purpose, to store and process the Content, turn it into posts, send it to an AI model, and publish it, on your instruction, to the accounts you connect. We don't use your Content in our advertising or for any other customer.
4.3. Your assurances. For every website, photograph, logo and piece of text you give us (a slogan, and words you write in a post, included), you confirm that:
- you have the right to use that content for this purpose (intellectual property, trademarks, the photographer's rights);
- where identifiable people appear in photographs, you have the permission or legal basis needed to use their image this way;
- you give us only the website of your own business, or of a business you are authorised to act for;
- when you give us a business's name, website or social media account, you own that business or are authorised to act for it, and that what follows from acting without that authority is yours to bear.
4.4. You are responsible for the claims. You are responsible for every statement in your posts (prices, discounts, health claims, superlatives like "the best", comparisons, certifications, statements of origin) being true, provable and lawful (for example under Türkiye's rules on commercial advertising and unfair commercial practices). Handover's claim detection is an aid: it catches many claims but doesn't guarantee to catch all of them, and it is not legal review. When Handover asks you to confirm a claim before a post can be approved, your confirmation is recorded with your account, the claim and the time, and the audit log shows that you made it.
4.5. If we receive a notice that Content infringes someone's rights, we may take it down or stop it being published while we look into the notice, and we tell you.
5. The approval model
5.1. No post is published without your approval. A post is published or scheduled only if (a) it has passed the Service's automated check and (b) you, or someone you authorised, have expressly approved it in that form.
5.2. An approval is bound to the post's content. Any change to the post after approval voids the approval, and the post waits for approval again.
5.3. Approving is your decision. Before you approve, you check the post, its caption and its claims. Passing the automated check doesn't mean a post is true, lawful or right for your business.
5.4. Client approval links. You can send a post to someone without an account (your own client or a partner, say) through an approval link. The link shows that one post, or, for a link to a client's week, that client's posts. The person who opens it can approve the post or send it back. An approval given through that link counts as given on your behalf. The record shows that it came through the link, by the link's own number; it does not show who opened it. A post held for a claim can't be approved through a link until you have confirmed the claim. The link lasts 14 days, and whoever has it can use it. You're responsible for who you send it to.
5.5. If the automated check can't check a frame ("could not check"), that doesn't count as a pass; the post can't be approved, downloaded or published.
6. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms
6.1. You connect an account through that platform's own sign-in screen. You never give us your password.
6.2. You comply with the terms and community rules of every platform you connect (such as Instagram's Terms of Use, Meta's policies, TikTok's Terms of Service and its Music Usage Confirmation). When publishing to TikTok, you make the commercial content declaration ("Your brand" or "Branded content").
6.3. Platform data. You may not process, sell or pass on data obtained from Instagram, Facebook or TikTok through the Service against that platform's terms and policies, or use it to track or profile people or to discriminate. This includes the name of a Page you connect and the links Facebook returns for your posts.
6.4. Platforms may restrict the Service's access, refuse or remove a post, or change their rules. We aren't responsible for their decisions or outages; if a platform asks, we may have to end your access to it through the Service.
6.5. We tell a platform that a post is AI-made only when its picture, video or sound was made by an AI model; the platform may then show its own label. We don't mark a post because an AI model helped write its words. A platform may also label a post from its own checks.
6.6. Facebook. You connect a Facebook Page only if you are allowed to post as it. You have accepted Meta's Terms of Service for your Facebook account, and you comply with them, with Meta's Advertising Standards and Community Standards, and with its Pages, Groups and Events Policies, including its rules on contests and promotions and on branded content; whether a post needs a label as branded content under those rules is for you to decide, and we don't set one. The words and pictures of a post you approve are yours to answer for on your Page. A post on a Page is public. Disconnecting a Page in Handover leaves the posts already on it where they are; you can remove one from the Page in Facebook or, where Handover offers it, in Handover.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- make or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, hateful, obscene, or infringes others' rights;
- process the website or photographs of a business you aren't authorised to act for;
- impersonate anyone;
- send spam or unauthorised commercial messages;
- try to breach its security, reverse-engineer it, get round its limits, or overload it with automated tools;
- copy the Service to build a competing product.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account under section 11.
8. The free trial
The free trial isn't offered at present. A free period of a plan is given only by a coupon (section 9/A.7).
9. Plans, prices and payment
9.0. Paying isn't open at present. No plan can be bought today; a plan is entered only with a coupon (section 9/A.7). Sections 9.1 to 9.10 apply from the day paying opens; only section 9.3 (your post allowance) also applies to a plan given by a coupon (section 9/A.7(b)). While paying isn't open, you aren't charged.
9.1. The plans and prices are published on the pricing page. Prices in Türkiye are in Turkish lira, and each price says whether it includes KDV. The checkout always shows the price without KDV and the total with KDV together. Every plan can be bought monthly or yearly; a yearly plan is 10 months' price for 12 months.
9.2. Who you buy from.
- Billing addresses in Türkiye: we are the seller. Payment is taken through iyzico, and the purchase is made under the Sales Contract. At the checkout you declare that you're buying for your business, for a commercial or professional purpose, and you enter your business name, tax office and tax number.
- Billing addresses outside Türkiye: For orders from outside Türkiye, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all these orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The seller is Paddle.com Market Limited, or Paddle.com Inc. in the US, or Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd in Canada. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern the purchase, payment, cancellation and refunds. These Terms govern your use of the Service; for questions about using it, write to support@zadetech.com. Before you pay, you enter your business name (and your VAT or tax ID, if you have one) and declare that you're buying for your business, for a commercial or professional purpose.
9.3. Your post allowance. Each plan includes a monthly number of posts (on a plan for several businesses, for each business separately).
- A post counts when it is made and passes the automatic check.
- A post that fails the check, or that couldn't be checked ("could not check"), never counts.
- Remaking the same post counts once.
- Downloads don't count.
- When the month's allowance is used up, you can't make new posts, but posts already made are never deleted or hidden.
- Unused posts don't carry over to the next month.
- On a yearly plan the allowance is still monthly: it renews each month and isn't spread over the year.
9.4. Payment, and how it continues. The subscription is open-ended. Until you end it, it renews by itself each time the billing period (a month, or twelve months on a yearly plan) ends, and its fee is taken in advance at the start of each period. The checkout shows the date and amount of the first payment and of the next one.
9.4/A. Yearly plan and renewal.
- On a yearly plan a year's fee is taken in one payment at the start of the period. Unless you end it, the plan renews by itself for another year. The renewal date and amount (KDV included) are shown at the checkout and in the order e-mail; if the first year was discounted, the renewal is at the undiscounted price.
- We e-mail you 30 days before every renewal: the date, the amount, any change of price, and how to stop the renewal.
- You can stop the renewal at any time (section 10.1). If you stop it before the renewal day, the renewal fee isn't charged, and the subscription ends at the end of the year you're in. If you stop it after the renewal fee has been taken, the subscription ends at the end of the new year, and section 10.3 says whether the fee is refunded.
- A change between a monthly and a yearly plan is made under section 9.7.
9.5. Price changes. A price change never affects the billing period you're in (twelve months on a yearly plan). We announce a new price by e-mail at least 30 days ahead (on a yearly plan this may be in the reminder of 9.4/A), and it applies only if you expressly accept it. If you don't, your subscription ends free of charge at the end of the current period and doesn't renew. A discount applied to you runs for its stated duration.
9.6. If a payment fails, the Plan screen in your account shows it. Posts already made are never deleted because a payment failed.
- For purchases in Turkish lira, the payment is not tried again by itself. Within 7 days of the payment date you can complete the payment by giving another card on the Plan screen, and you can keep making posts during those 7 days. If the payment still hasn't been made when the 7 days end, your subscription ends, making new posts stops, and no fee is taken for that period.
- For purchases outside Türkiye, Paddle tries the payment again, and you can keep making posts while it does. If the payment still hasn't gone through when the retries end, your subscription ends and making new posts stops.
9.7. Changing plan. For purchases outside Türkiye, when you move to a higher plan (including from monthly to yearly, and to more businesses), the checkout shows the new plan, the new price and the difference to pay; the change applies at once when you confirm it, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period you're in. A move to a lower plan (including from yearly to monthly, and to fewer businesses) starts when the period you're in ends: you stop the renewal and choose the smaller plan once the period has ended; if you would rather have your payment back, section 10.3 applies. For purchases made in lira, a plan can't be moved to another plan, or to another number of businesses, in the middle of a period, and that includes a move from monthly to yearly or the reverse. What you want to change starts when the period you're in ends: you stop the renewal and choose the new plan, with the number of businesses you want, once the period has ended.
9.8. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Publishing to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok isn't part of what you pay for. Your plan's fee covers:
- making posts;
- the automatic check of every post;
- approval;
- review links;
- downloading the posts you approve.
Publishing runs through Meta's and TikTok's own platforms, under their rules and subject to their availability, and we make no commitment that it is available at any given time (sections 6.4 and 15.2). Where the Service offers it, you use it with your plan at no extra charge.
9.9. Invoices are issued electronically (e-Arşiv invoice or e-Fatura), with the business details you enter at the checkout, and sent to your e-mail address. We never see or store your card details.
9.10. More than ten businesses. The plans on the pricing page cover up to 10 businesses. For more, write to support@zadetech.com. We agree with you in writing the number of businesses, the price, the billing period and how it is paid before anything is charged; who you buy from is as in section 9.2. Where the billing address is in Türkiye, the price is in Turkish lira. The agreement is made under these Terms; where it says something different, it applies on that point.
9/A. Coupons and the early-customer discount
9/A.1. Coupons.
- A coupon gives the discount it states: a percentage off the fee, a number of free months, or a longer trial or more trial posts. The plans it applies to, its expiry date and its use limit are shown where we give you the coupon and at the checkout.
- Unless it says otherwise, a coupon can be used once per workspace.
- Coupons have no cash value, and can't be exchanged for money or sold.
- A coupon that has expired, reached its limit or been switched off can't be used.
9/A.2. The checkout is what counts. Before you pay, the checkout shows:
- which discount applies;
- the undiscounted price;
- the discounted price;
- when the discount ends;
- what you'll pay after that.
Your invoice shows the undiscounted price and the discount separately. For a subscription that starts with free months, the date and amount of the first charge are shown at the checkout and in the order e-mail.
9/A.3. Ending an offer. We may end an offer or a coupon at any time, and that stops new uses. A discount already applied to your subscription runs for its stated duration. A period a coupon has given runs as the end condition in 9/A.7 says; our ending the coupon doesn't shorten it (sections 9/A.6 and 11 are kept).
9/A.5. The early-customer discount (“Early Bird Discount”).
- The first 100 workspaces to take a paid subscription get 30% off the monthly fee for 12 months from their first paid payment. On a yearly plan the discount is taken off the first year's fee; the renewal is at the undiscounted price (section 9.4/A). If you move from a monthly plan to a yearly one, the discount is taken off the first yearly fee, paid at the move, and ends with that payment.
- The checkout shows the discount.
- The discount doesn't ask for any commitment: you can end your subscription at any time, and nothing is clawed back.
- If you end your subscription and subscribe again with the same workspace before the 12 months are over, the discount applies for the rest of them. The 12 months run from your first paid payment; months without a subscription don't extend them.
9/A.6. Abuse. Where there is abuse, such as several workspaces for the same business, we may not apply the discount or free month obtained that way. We tell you so, with the reason.
9/A.7. Coupons that give a plan. A coupon lets you use the plan it names without paying.
- (a) Nothing is charged for a coupon and no card is asked for. When you enter it, the screen says the plan, the day and time the free period ends (Türkiye time) and that nothing was charged.
- (b) A coupon gives the plan with the limits it has in these Terms. The post allowance is the plan's monthly allowance (section 9.3); it is counted once for the whole period and doesn't renew during it. A coupon doesn't raise these limits.
- (c) You declare, on the coupon screen, that you're using the coupon for your business, for a commercial or professional purpose (section 1.5).
- (d) The period a coupon gives is not a payment: the refunds in section 10.3 are of payments you made, so there is nothing to refund for a coupon period. For this period you haven't paid for, the limit in 16.2 is the one written for periods you haven't paid for.
- (e) No fee is ever taken without your new yes. A coupon ending doesn't start a plan by itself and takes nothing from your card. If you later want to move to a paid plan, you confirm that separately and expressly. If you start a paid plan while a coupon is running, the coupon period ends and the plan's first period starts that day.
- (f) When the coupon ends, your workspace becomes read-only: no new posts can be made; you can see and approve the posts you made; nothing is deleted. A coupon period is not a subscription, so the sentence on downloads in section 10.6 doesn't apply to it: the right to download ends with your plan, the moment the coupon ends.
- (g) A coupon for a number of days. The free period lasts 30 days from the moment you enter the coupon. The day and time it ends (Türkiye time) are written when you enter it and on the Plan screen.
- (h) A coupon may be limited in how many workspaces can use it, and may be used up before you enter it. A coupon that has been used up can't be used (section 9/A.1).
10. Ending your subscription
10.0. Because paying isn't open, there is no subscription to cancel. How a coupon ends is in 9/A.7. Sections 10.1 to 10.5 apply from the day paying opens; the sentence on downloads in section 10.6 is for a plan you paid for (section 9/A.7(f)).
10.1. You can end your subscription at any time, without giving a reason and without penalty: with “Manage or cancel” on the Plan screen in your account, or by writing to support@zadetech.com. For purchases outside Türkiye, that button opens Paddle's customer portal (section 9.2).
10.2. The subscription ends at the end of the billing period you're in (on a yearly plan, the twelve-month period you're in). You keep using the Service until then, and you aren't charged again.
10.3. Refund of what you paid.
- Purchases through Paddle (billing addresses outside Türkiye): If you ask within 14 days of any payment you made, we refund it in full, without asking why. This covers every payment: the first one, a yearly plan's renewal and the difference paid for a plan change. Your subscription ends as soon as you ask. We pass your request to Paddle within 1 business day, and Paddle makes the refund. How to ask is on the Cancellation and Refunds page; Paddle's Refund Policy also applies (section 9.2). A request you send within the 14 days is in time.
- Purchases in Turkish lira (through iyzico): If you ask within 7 days of the moment your first payment was confirmed, we refund it in full. The first payment is the first monthly fee on a monthly plan and the first yearly fee on a yearly plan; this applies once per workspace. Your subscription ends as soon as you ask. We make the refund within 1 business day of your request reaching us, and a request you send within the 7 days is in time. Fees you pay after those 7 days are not refunded, including for unused days of the period (on a yearly plan, of the year) and a yearly plan's renewal payment. The two other cases in which we return money are on the Turkish page, İptal ve İade Koşulları.
10.4. Because Handover is sold to businesses for a commercial or professional purpose, for purchases in Turkish lira the right of withdrawal that applies to consumer transactions doesn't apply. For those purchases the 7-day refund in 10.3 is our promise, not that right.
10.5. We confirm the end of your subscription by e-mail.
10.6. Ending your subscription never destroys work. Afterwards your account stays read-only: you can view your posts and download the ones you approved, but you can't make new posts. If your subscription ended because you asked for a refund (section 10.3), you can still view all your posts, but you can no longer download, publish or schedule the ones you made between the earliest payment you asked back and the moment you asked; every other post is as it was. To have your data deleted, use one of the routes in section 8 of the KVKK Notice.
11. Suspension and termination
11.1. We may suspend your account or end this contract for: a material breach of these Terms (especially sections 4.3, 6.3 and 7); unlawful content; or a platform's request.
11.2. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a reasonable time to put it right. In urgent cases (unlawful content, a security risk, a platform's request) we may suspend without notice, and tell you why at once.
11.3. If we end the contract without a material breach by you, we refund the part of the period you paid for and didn't use.
11.4. When the contract ends. The contract ends: (a) when the last period you paid for, or that a coupon gave you, ends and you haven't started another; (b) if you never paid and never entered a coupon, when your trial ends, or, if you had no trial either, on the day you opened the workspace; (c) on the day we end it under section 11; (d) on the day you ask for your first payment to be refunded under section 10.3. Ending your subscription doesn't delete your work (section 10.6), so your account can stay open, read-only, after the contract has ended. The 5 years in Annex 1 run from that day.
12. Intellectual property
12.1. The Handover software, templates, designs and brand belong to Zade Tech. These Terms give you no right in them other than permission to use the Service.
12.2. You may use the posts made with the Service and approved by you to promote your own business, free of charge and without time limit, including after your subscription ends. You may not sell or distribute the template design in the posts as a product of its own.
12.3. Templates are used by many customers; other businesses' posts may have a layout similar to yours.
12.4. Music. A post may carry a track from Handover's music library. You may publish that post, and keep it published without time limit, including after your subscription ends. The track comes to you only as part of that post: you may not take it out of the post, use it in other content, or distribute it on its own. A track marked for one platform may be published only there. Some tracks are made with AI, and the Desk says which. A platform's own systems may still mute or limit a post because of its sound; if that happens, write to us and we will send you the track's licence record.
13. Changes
13.1. If we want to change these Terms, we publish the change on this page before it takes effect; when you have an account, we will also tell you by e-mail.
13.2. A change against you applies only if you accept it. If you don't, you can end your subscription free of charge before the change takes effect, and get back what you paid for any unused period.
13.3. Changes that are only in your favour, or that a law requires, take effect on notice.
14. AI
Posts are prepared with the help of third-party AI models. A model can produce results that are wrong, incomplete or unexpected. That is why no post is published without your approval (section 5).
In advertising aimed at consumers, the use of AI must be stated clearly where it significantly affects the consumer's decision (Turkish advertising regulation, Art. 18(8)). Whether your post needs such a statement is your decision.
15. Warranty
15.1. We provide the Service with care, but we don't guarantee it will run without interruption or error. There may be planned maintenance and unexpected faults.
15.2. We don't guarantee that posts will bring any particular reach, engagement or sales. We can't guarantee that a platform will approve the Service or keep its access open.
16. Limits on liability
16.1. Our liability for damage caused by our intent or gross fault is unlimited. The limits below don't apply to it, or where the law doesn't allow a limit.
16.2. Our liability for damage caused by our slight fault is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused it. In the free trial, and for any period you haven't paid for, this limit is ₺899; for customers outside Türkiye it is US$29.
16.3. We aren't liable for indirect damage (such as lost profit, reputation or data) caused by our slight fault.
16.4. We aren't liable for damage arising from the content or claims of a post you approved, or from a platform's decisions, unless we are at fault.
16.5. For consumers, this section doesn't limit any right given by Law No. 6502 or other mandatory rules.
17. Indemnity
You cover losses from third-party claims against us arising from your Content, your claims, or your breach of sections 4 and 7 of these Terms, in proportion to your fault. We tell you about any such claim at once, and we work together on the defence.
18. Personal data
18.1. For your account and usage data we are the controller; it is processed under the KVKK Notice and the Privacy Policy.
18.2. For personal data in your Content (people in photographs, customer reviews on your website), you are the controller and we are your processor. We process it under Annex 1.
18.3. Where data is processed. Your account and your Content are stored in the European Union, in Germany (Frankfurt), on Amazon Web Services. When posts are made, your photographs and text are processed by Google's Gemini service. These providers are outside Türkiye, so the data is transferred abroad. No standard contract of the Personal Data Protection Board has been signed for these transfers today. By uploading your Content to the Service you instruct us to have the personal data in it processed by these providers (Annex 1, items 4 and 5). As the controller of the personal data in your Content, it is for you to weigh this transfer against your own duties.
19. Notices
When you have an account, we will send notices to the e-mail address on it. You send notices to support@zadetech.com.
20. General
20.1. Force majeure: we aren't liable for failing to perform because of events outside our control (natural disaster, epidemic, war, general internet or power failure, an outage of a platform or hosting provider, orders of authorities).
20.2. If a provision of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remain in force.
20.3. You may not transfer your rights under this contract without our written consent.
20.4. These Terms are published in Turkish and English; where they conflict, the Turkish text prevails.
20.5. In a dispute, our records (the audit log included) may be used as evidence under HMK art. 193; your right to prove otherwise is reserved.
21. Governing law and courts
21.1. These Terms are governed by Turkish law.
21.2. For merchant customers, the İzmir (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes under these Terms.
21.3. Handover isn't sold to consumers. If, even so, you are held to be a consumer in a dispute, the mandatory rules of Law No. 6502 on consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts apply.
22. Contact
ZADE TECH YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ · Atatürk Mah. 537 Sk. No: 4, Güzelbahçe / İZMİR, Türkiye · support@zadetech.com
Annex 1: Data processing terms (KVKK Art. 12(2))
These terms apply where we process personal data in your Content on your behalf.
- Instructions. We process personal data only to provide the Service and on your instructions (including what you do in the Service).
- Confidentiality. Everyone with access is bound by confidentiality, and stays bound without a time limit after the contract ends.
- Security. We take the technical and organisational measures KVKK Art. 12 requires (such as encrypting access tokens and a tamper-proof audit log).
- Sub-processors. We use Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage and sending e-mail; Germany, Frankfurt) and Google (Gemini API; making and checking posts). We tell you at least 30 days before adding one. If you object, you may end your subscription and get back what you paid for any unused period.
- Transfers abroad. These sub-processors are outside Türkiye: your Content is stored in Germany and is processed in Google's facilities when posts are made. No standard contract of the Personal Data Protection Board has been signed for these transfers today. If one is signed, we'll update this clause. Details are in section 5 of the KVKK Notice.
- Data subject requests. If a request about your data reaches us, we pass it to you and give you reasonable help to answer it.
- Breach notice. When we learn of a breach affecting personal data in your Content, we tell you without delay.
- Deletion. We delete the image and video files we made for a post you chose to discard, and for a post replaced by a remake, 30 days after. Apart from that we don't yet delete on a schedule: when you ask, we delete the data by hand within 30 days. The audit log, which records what is done in a workspace and when (approvals and refusals above all, and also confirmations of claims, edits, downloads, uploads and changes of plan or setting), isn't deleted on request; it is kept for 5 years after the contract ends (section 11.4). When you disconnect a Facebook Page or an Instagram account, we delete its access tokens at once. When Meta tells us that a person asked for their data to be deleted, we delete what we received from Meta about that person and tell you; the posts and files in your workspace are not part of that request and stay until you ask us to delete them.
- Audit. On reasonable request, we give you information showing we comply with these terms.
- Data processed. People who appear in your photographs; names, reviews and contact details on your website and in your posts. Don't upload special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometric data and the like).
